Description
Worker status can be confusing. It is a concept that includes but goes beyond employees. Therefore, although all employees are workers, not all workers are employees. Those who are genuinely self-employed, office holders or volunteers will not be workers.
Our Worker Pack is designed to clarify this distinction and provide tailored guidance to support churches and other Christian organisations. We believe that employers and workers are accountable to Jesus Christ for how we discharge the authority and responsibilities he has entrusted to us.
Included in this Pack are:
- A precedent statement of particulars for a non-employed worker tailored for Christian organisations. This meets all the statutory legal obligations.
- Additional guidance to supplement the statement of particulars and help you manage the working relationship.
- 30 minutes free advice from our Team, to support you as you implement the statement of particulars for a non-employed worker.
This Pack is relevant for non-employed workers only.

This pack is a single user licence and must therefore not be shared outside your organisation.
