We believe churches have a responsibility to treat justly those who work for them and to act with integrity towards them. Ultimately the head of the church is Jesus Christ and we are accountable to him for how we discharge the authority and responsibilities he has entrusted to us.
That should be reflected in working relationships, for example our obedience to God’s command to obey authorities (the law), our desire to act out of love for our brothers and sisters, and our passion to be good witnesses in our communities.
